Obtaining her registered intellectual property rights consultant in 2006 and registered Capital Market Lawyer on 2018. Being a member of Indonesia Bar Association since 2013 as an Advocate. She earned her Magister of Laws degree (M.H.) at University of Indonesia in 2016 majoring International Trade Law.
Her academic and experiences background in Marketing Communication and Public Relations field prior being an Advocate, has enriched her analysis comprehensively of IP disputes especially for trademark disputes, product counterfeiting and infringement related to well-known trademark, passing off and bad faith .
The experiences in Public Relations also enriches her negotiation skills, especially when handling mediation on dispute, or dealing with potential investors for client ( joint venture matters) , labor demonstrations, community demonstrations around the company (factories, plantation, mining exploration, etc.), and other legal cases of client that involving groups of people.
She has experiences for more than 15 years at Asia Pulp and Paper in handling government and community relations, make sure the compliance of government regulations to apply on D to D operational, handle legal administrative for Foreign Investment Company and Domestic Investment Company to Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) in Indonesia , proceed industrial license, regulations review , and so on.
