In forestry, we have acted as principal legal counsel in matters pertaining to natural park operations permits to utilize Industrial Plantation Forest (HTI), permits to utilize timber forest product in Nature Forest. We assist clients to handle their Timber Legality Assurance (Verifikasi Legalitas Kayu), as we do a partnership with few timber legality assurance institution in Indonesia.
We assist clients to socialize and built good relationship to indigenous peoples around the forest , handle disputes and conflicts (laten conflict and or manifest conflict) that raised from indigenous peoples, disputes between the holder of cultivation rights (HGU) because of the overlapping rights by mediation or negotiation or litigation.
We also advise the disputes preventive programme for clients.
